A former barrel factory, Front & Palmer is a modern and unique event site in the South Kensington Art District. Wide-open space with 35-foot ceilings, this venue can easily hold 250 guests for a seated dinner. Artistic chandeliers and furniture decorate this contemporary chic venue and are a talking point for the guests.
Front and Palmer weddings are perfect for those who are looking for a rustic, loft-like setting with a homey, intimate feel. While it’s not for those who are looking to throw an enormous party, it is, however, for those looking for an incredibly elegant event for 60-150 people. In addition, the caterer, Feast Your Eyes Catering, is in my humble opinion, one of the very best caterers in Philadelphia.
The service, quality of their food, and attention to detail make Front & Palmer a phenomenal option for those who don’t really want a hotel ballroom. The main area is intimate, but not too small for an amazing, theatre-like ceremony, and then it’s turned over seamlessly for the dinner/reception. The cocktail hour area is smaller, yet spacious enough for a lovely hour of drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres. The rustic, industrial space can be decorated in a wide variety of different ways.
Receptions at Front & Palmer are fun, unique, and quintessential Philadelphia. There are endless opportunities for decor, and no two weddings at this venue look alike. If you're looking for a classy urban venue with an intimate feel, Front & Palmer delivers.
