Headshots for Law Firms, Corporations, and Organizations

If you’re responsible for your team’s online image—HR, marketing, managing partner, or business owner—you already know how important consistency is. Outdated or mismatched headshots hurt credibility. A unified look elevates your entire brand.

I work with:

  • Law firms

  • Accounting and financial firms

  • Medical practices and hospital networks

  • Tech companies and startups

  • Real estate teams and brokerages

  • Universities and nonprofits

  • Manufacturing and engineering companies

Whether you need 5 partners or 250 employees photographed, your people will look polished, approachable, and consistent across your entire team.

Why Hire Me for Corporate Headshots

I’ve photographed more than 1300 weddings, thousands of portraits, and some of the most demanding, time-sensitive events imaginable. As a Nikon Ambassador known for my mastery of light, I’m able to work quickly and comfortably with people who don’t necessarily love being photographed.

Here’s what that means for your organization:

Professional, flattering lighting

Clean, dimensional, controlled light that works on websites, LinkedIn, pitch decks, and print materials.

Consistency across every employee

Whether it's one office or multiple locations, your entire team will look unified and on-brand.

Efficient workflow

I respect people’s time. Sessions move quickly without feeling rushed, and I keep the energy relaxed.

Natural, confident expressions

Even the people who hate photos walk away saying, “That wasn’t bad at all.”

A premium, polished aesthetic

Your team will look like leaders. Your brand will look stronger.

How a Corporate Headshot Day Works:

Step 1 — Consultation and Planning

We’ll discuss the size of your team, your locations, your goals, and the overall look you want: clean studio backgrounds, environmental office portraits, or something tailored to your brand.

We’ll then schedule the session(s) and create a timeline that works for your team—with minimal disruption to your workday.

Step 2 — On-Location or In-Studio Setup

You can bring your team to my Haddonfield, NJ studio, or I can bring a full portable studio to your office.

On-location setup includes:

  • A compact, flattering lighting setup

  • Background of your choice (white, gray, textured, or environmental)

  • Tethered previews if desired

  • Minimal space requirements (conference rooms work perfectly)

This setup allows me to photograph large groups efficiently while maintaining consistency across every image.

Step 3 — Photographing Your Team

Most team members need 5–10 minutes. That’s enough to:

  • Adjust posture

  • Fine-tune expression

  • Fix small details

  • Capture a clean, confident headshot

Partners, executives, or key leadership can be scheduled for longer sessions to add additional variety.

Step 4 — Image Selection and Retouching

Options include:

  • Individuals choose their favorite image immediately

  • Your HR/marketing contact selects from a curated gallery

  • A combination of both

Selected images receive natural, professional retouching—clean, polished, and realistic. Nothing overdone.

Step 5 — Final Delivery

Final files are delivered quickly, organized, and ready to use:

  • High-resolution files for print and marketing

  • Web-optimized versions for websites, intranets, and LinkedIn

  • Consistent color, cropping, and lighting

  • Option for files named to your specifications (e.g., firstname_lastname.jpg)

If you need ongoing updates for new hires, we’ll create a simple system that keeps your imagery consistent year-round.

On-Location vs. In-Studio

On-Location at Your Office

Ideal for larger teams. I photograph your entire group in one day (or over multiple days) without disrupting your workflow.

In-Studio (Haddonfield, NJ)

Perfect for individuals, small teams, and new-hire updates. Multiple background options and controlled lighting environments.

Many corporate clients use both:

  • Initial headshot day at the office

  • New-hire updates in the studio

This keeps your brand consistent with no maintenance gaps.
